The 1 Month YITC is a basic certificate course for beginners which will help to develop personal strength, coordination & flexibility in your body.
The course covers the practical aspects of Yoga.
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
1. Practicals include different yogic posture sequences, effects of yogic postures.
2. Knowledge & awareness of skeletal alignment and body postures.
3. Pranayam session – breathing awareness etc.
On successful completion of this course which includes required class attendance, submission of assignments, practical evaluation, students will be awarded a certificate of Yoga Instructor.
This course will build confidence in students to conduct yoga classes independently.
