This comprehensive MYT 2 Month (English) is a certificate course for the students who successfully completed the Yoga Teacher Training course (200 hrs).

After completing this advanced course one can give medical yoga therapy (Rope & Belt Therapy) for Musculoskeletal Diseases. The Course comprises Theoretical & Practical aspects of yoga and its application in knee and spine diseases.


A student must complete Yoga Teacher Training course (200 hrs).

Course Highlights:

1. Theory includes – Anatomy (body structure), Physiology, Kinesiology – Body Mechanics, Pathophysiology. 2. Practical includes – Postural awareness, Modified Yogic postures, Rope & Belt Therapy. On successful completion of this course which includes required class attendance, submission of assignments, evaluation (theory & practicals), students will be awarded a certificate of Medical Yoga training for Musculoskeletal disorders. This course will help students to offer palliative and restorative care for Osteoarthritis of Knee, Lumbar & Cervical Spondylosis.
